How to make it.
1. Get a scissor, a piece of sequin cloth, a piece of paper, a pencil, thread and needle and a sweater or whatever you want.
2. Place your hand on a piece of paper and make an oval shape
3. Now cut that shape and place it over sequin cloth and cut it as well.
4. Now sew this cloth piece with your sweater on both the elbows.
